What data do we collect?

When you choose to upload device informaton, we will collect information such as:

Platform, OS Version
Battery Levels
Location Settings
Network Settings
SIM Card Info (including phone number)

Additionally we collect SIM Card Info (including phone number) for clients using our managed APN service.

How do we collect data?

When a drivers log into the device, we upload SIM Card Info. Additionally when you choose to upload device information, a full set of diagnostic data is uploaded so that our support team can assist you.

How do we store your data?

We store device info securely in our database in our hosted environment (https://deliveree.co.za/). Only our internal team has access to the data.

Once our support staff have completed assisting you, your device diagnostic data will be removed. We keep the latest version of the SIM Card info to be able to maintain the managed APN service.
